Living Spaces

Inspired by the neighbouring Mardari village, our 12 villas seamlessly blend into the region’s landscape.

Each designed to offer its own private courtyard, a plush living room, a sunlit bedroom and a sprawling private deck. Wooden four-poster beds with scalloped canopies that pair with cosy feather filled duvets and pristine linen, leather armchairs, writing desk and a coffee machine. The bathrooms will hark you back to a contemporary 1930’s feel to include brass fittings, a fireside Elizabethan freestanding tub, twin vanity units and add to this is our splendid outdoor shower, a walk in dresser and a dramatic forest themed local wall mural.

The private decks attached to the villas come with day-beds that are shaded and sited to trap cooling breezes for afternoon naps, and by evening these can be expanded for sunset yoga and sundowners.

Our atmospheric lounge opens to a wooden deck of fresh forest air

..and with a well-stocked bar is an easy unwind. There’s a library, an interpretation centre, multiple dining spaces and a recreation room all held together with a Hemingway-style décor, replete with touches of local art and colours, wildlife photography and books.

Our infinity pool sits next to the main lodge along with a spa with a curated therapy menu. Both overlooking the Bandhavgarh foliage.
